What are your hours?
We are open 24 hours a day.
Are you attended?
We are attended Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. from 4 p.m.
Do you have large machines for king-size comforters?
Yes, we have 60 and 80 pound washing machines.
Is there parking?
Yes, we are in a shopping center.
Questions About Wash and Fold:
Can I drop off my laundry any time?
You can drop it off when we are attended which is Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can drop off or pick up on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Do you have a non-allergenic detergent?
We use All Free and Clear for people with allergies.
What products do you use?
We use a very high grade commercial detergent and Downy.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order.
Questions About Pickup/Delivery:
What if I can't be home during the schedule pickup or drop off?
Tell us where we can find your clothes such as the front porch, the back porch, the unlocked garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager.
When are your delivery days?
We pickup and deliver Monday-Friday.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $25 minimum order.
What does recurring customer mean?
If you sign up as a recurring customer, you are committing to having us pickup & launder your clothes either weekly or every other week.
What are the advantages of being a recurring customer?
You don't have to place an order every week, it is done automatically.
What happens if I am a recurring customer and I go on vacation?
Just let us know so we don't go to your home for nothing! There is a $10 missed pickup fee if we arrive at your location and you have no laundry for us. So be sure to suspend your account in advance!
